Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we process the personal data you submit through the application form on jelleadly.ee. We aim to collect only the data needed to review your request and respond to it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is DigitalSolver OÜ · registry code 17538643 · Kihnu 18, Estonia · info@jelleadly.ee.
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact info@jelleadly.ee.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers your access to and use of the website, the data you submit through the application form, the related technical information, and the standard network and request information processed by hosting and cloud infrastructure for website delivery, security, reliability and abuse prevention. The site shows no advertising and uses no analytics or marketing trackers.
3. What you submit through the form
- name;
- email address;
- preferred contact method and the matching contact (for example Telegram, WhatsApp or phone), if you provide it;
- website, profile or a short description of your business;
- a description of your current situation (free text).
4. Technical information
When you use the website and submit the form, technical information is processed. The data processed by the application includes:
- a submission identifier and short reference number;
- timestamps;
- the selected interface language;
- the source, form version and data-schema version;
- the page of submission and, where present, the referrer;
- campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term), where present;
- the device category;
- the version of the informational privacy notice in effect at the time of submission;
- a technical browser-session identifier used for submission integrity and duplicate prevention.
In addition, when delivering the website and handling requests, hosting and cloud infrastructure processes standard network information — such as the IP address, the approximate location derived from it, and information about the request and the system or browser configuration — for delivery, security, reliability and abuse prevention. We do not use these data for analytics, advertising or behavioural profiling, and we do not collect advertising identifiers.
5. Why we process your data
- to review your request and respond to you;
- to contact you using the method you chose;
- to keep the handling of requests secure and reliable and to protect against abuse;
- to improve our services and the quality of our communication.
6. Legal bases
We process your data on the following bases (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR):
- steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b), when you approach us for a service;
- our legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f): website security, the integrity of request handling, business communication and service improvement;
- compliance with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c), where applicable (for example accounting requirements).
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We may share data with the following categories of recipients:
- service providers that process data on our behalf and on our instructions — hosting and cloud infrastructure, form processing and structured storage, email delivery and mailbox services, and internal notification and business-communication services;
- professional advisers, where necessary;
- public authorities or other recipients, where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
8. Transfers outside the EEA
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable. You can request information about the applicable transfer mechanism, or a copy of the relevant safeguards, at info@jelleadly.ee, subject to lawful confidentiality limitations.
9. How long we keep your data
- inquiries that did not lead to an engagement — up to 24 months from the last substantive interaction;
- contractual, accounting or other legally required records — for the periods required by applicable law;
- we delete data earlier when it is no longer necessary, unless keeping it is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Deletion across active operational copies is currently carried out manually.
10. Your rights
In relation to your data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability where applicable. To exercise your rights, contact info@jelleadly.ee.
11. Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
12. Is providing data required
Providing data through the form is voluntary, but without the necessary information we cannot review your request or respond to it.
13. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling.
14. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. To hold temporary functional form state and support submission integrity, it uses first-party browser storage (sessionStorage); this is not a cookie. This storage is limited to the browser page session and is not used for analytics or advertising. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are added in future, we will update this policy beforehand and implement a separate consent mechanism.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
